Day to day duties will include dealing with bodyshop telephone calls and walk-in customers.
You'll be the front line for the customers and be their contact whilst their vehice is on site, Providing them with frequent updates on the progress of their vehicle making there experience easy and hassle-free.
Organizing collections and deliveries of the vehicles with the transport drivers and courtesy car needs.
Experience within the bodyshop environment preferred and use of a bodyshop management systems (Autoflow)
To work closely with the company estimator and dealing with any questions and requirements needed
Taking payment form customers and processing invoice and credit notes within the company systems.
Monday - Friday pm ( 1 Hour Lunch )
