Role: IT Solution Architect

Are you ready to take your career to the next level? At Boots, we’re on the lookout for a talented IT Solution Architect to join our dynamic Technology team in Nottingham, Beeston. What you’ll be doing:
* Delivering high-quality solution designs for various projects.
* Acting as a communication link between the Solution Delivery team, IT partners, and the wider business.
* Supporting the development of roadmaps for both business and technology.
* Ensuring adherence to design governance at the Enterprise and Solution levels.
* Collaborating with other Architects to leverage their expertise and insights.
What you’ll need to have (our must-haves):
* Minimum of 5 years’ experience in solution architecture.
* Proficiency in Azure technology stack, Java EE, or Microsoft .NET.
* Familiarity with architecture modelling languages such as ArchiMate.
* Experience with TOGAF aligned frameworks for architectural designs.
* Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
It would be great if you also have:
* Experience with integration technologies like Talend or MuleSoft.
* Knowledge of security standards such as PCI & GDPR.
* Familiarity with cloud hosting solutions, ideally Microsoft Azure.
