Description
1. Drive and improve maintenance efficiency
2. Ensure CAE meets its contracted obligations relating to customer training success
3. Ensure staffing and training of all required personnel is achieved
4. Lead by example, displaying exemplary leadership to the team, stakeholders and employees
5. Promote and execute CAE’s Quality Management System
6. Deploy and continuously improve all appropriate processes, procedures and work instructions
7. Deliver inputs to budget and forecasting
8. Promote and execute CAE’s Environment, Health & Safety Management System
Minimum Qualifications
9. Proven experience managing a team
10. Experience in a technician or maintenance related role
11. Ideally hold experience within the aviation and/or defence industries
12. Ability to obtain/maintain an Australian Defence Security Clerance – must be an AU Citizen!
13. Ability to work on-site 5 days a week at RAAF Base Edinburgh
Preferred Qualifications
14. Prior experience with simulation devices/technology
15. Ability to stand in and support other sites if required
