Overview
We are seeking a commercially driven and strategically minded Channel Development Manager to lead partner engagement and drive revenue growth across our solutions and services portfolio. This is an external, partner-facing role focused on relationship development, business planning, and sales execution with a strong emphasis on trust, collaboration, and results.
Key Responsibilities
Partner Engagement & Relationship Management
1. Develop and nurture strategic relationships with assigned partners.
2. Serve as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor to partners.
3. Conduct on-site visits to understand partner business needs and objectives.
4. Align our solutions with partner goals to unlock new opportunities.
Portfolio Advocacy & Development
5. Present a full view of our solutions, services, and operational capabilities.
6. Identify and promote new lines of business to existing partners.
7. Review partner performance and recommend improvement strategies.
8. Tailor offerings with internal teams to meet partner-specific requirements.
Business Development & Growth
9. Drive partner commitment to existing and new solutions.
10. Address obstacles to partner success and growth.
11. Achieve revenue, gross profit, and partner engagement targets.
Strategic Planning & Execution
12. Create and implement strategic, partner-specific business plans.
13. Conduct monthly/quarterly business reviews with key partners.
14. Provide actionable market intelligence and partner insights.
Collaboration & Reporting
15. Work closely with internal sales, marketing, technical, and operations teams.
16. Provide regular activity and performance reporting to leadership.
17. Share success stories and best practices across the team.
