Are you an experienced SME Account Handler or Account Manager with strong commercial insurance and Acturis experience?
This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading national broker within one of the UK's most successful broking teams. Following significant growth and internal promotions, the business looking to add three new SME Account Handlers to support continued success into 2026.
The Role
You'll be part of a collaborative division handling a mix of clients with a multi-million-pound book of clients.
This is a busy, client-facing position that combines high-quality servicing with opportunities to learn and progress your commercial insurance knowledge.
Key responsibilities include:
* Managing day-to-day servicing, renewals, MTAs, and client queries
* Preparing and presenting market submissions and negotiating competitive terms
* Comparing coverage options and preparing client documentation
* Maintaining accurate records and correspondence on Acturis
* Supporting Account Executives with client strategies and renewal meetings
* Ensuring excellent client service and retention levels

What You'll Need
* Experience in SME or commercial insurance account handling
* Proficiency in Acturis
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills
