Job Description
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in leading teams and developing strategies to improve tenant satisfaction. They will be responsible for creating and implementing policies and procedures that promote tenancy sustainment, while also identifying potential challenges and opportunities for growth.
The successful candidate will work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure consistent best practices are embedded across the organization. Externally, they will represent Sovereign Network Group and build relationships with key external partners and stakeholders.
