Job Description
The role of the HR Advisor will include:
3. Provide HR advice and support to managers and team members across the business.
4. Implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with employment law.
5. Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and training processes.
6. Manage employee relations issues, including disciplinary and grievance procedures.
7. Contribute to the development of HR strategies and initiatives.
8. Coordinate with payroll to ensure accurate employee compensation.
9. Participate in performance management processes.
10. Support diversity and inclusion initiatives within the company.
The Successful Applicant
A successful HR Advisor should have:
11. Level 5 CIPD qualification
12. Experience working in a HR Advisor role, preferably within the retail industry.
13. Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
14. Previous experience of working within manufacture or FMCG industries
15. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
16. Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask.
17. Proficiency in HR systems and databases.
What's on Offer
On offer is a salary range of £26,000 to £30,000 per year.
