Key Responsibilities Manage all aspects of the home’s operations, ensuring a safe, supportive, and child-centred environment. Work collaboratively with local authorities, external agencies, and families to ensure each child receives tailored support and care.Requirements Experience in a registered or deputy manager role within a children’s residential setting. Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management for Residential Childcare (or equivalent/working towards). Strong knowledge of safeguarding, care standards, and regulatory compliance.
