Are you looking to grow your career in B2B events and digital strategy? We are a digital-first business looking for a motivated executive to help deliver high-quality events - from roundtables and webinars to large-scale conferences.
The role Working as part of a collaborative team, you will support the delivery of our events while gaining hands-on experience in digital marketing. You’ll help manage campaigns through HubSpot, assist with data segmentation, and contribute to the commercial success of our events for the HR community.
What you will be doing:
* Event support: Help manage virtual and in-person B2B & B2C events from initial concept through to execution.
* Campaign assistance: Contribute to digital marketing by building emails, lists, and landing pages in HubSpot.
* Logistics coordination: Assist with booking venues, managing suppliers, and supporting on-site delivery.
* Data & reporting: Help segment audience data and contribute to post-event performance analysis.
* Team collaboration: Work alongside sales and marketing to ensure smooth lead handovers.
Core skills:
* Some experience in B2B events or a marketing support role.
* Familiarity with HubSpot or similar marketing tools is a plus.
* A comfortable, hands-on approach to working with data and systems.
* Strong organisational skills and an interest in how events drive business growth.
