Job Description:
Main purpose of this role is to drive, improve and develop all sales controlling related processes, systems, and projects within Ardagh Glass Packaging – Europe. This includes reporting, analysis, planning, and supporting internal customers and product costing activities.
The role also involves system improvements, automation in SAP-COPA, BW, SAC, volume analysis, and coordination/steering in Intercompany Sales and Purchases.
Responsibilities
The main responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
* Collaborating within and outside of AGP-E Finance and Sales Teams.
* Linking production and operations reporting.
* Ensuring accurate and timely analysis and reporting (daily, monthly, quarterly, yearly).
* Participating in ad-hoc tasks and serving as the key contact for European Sales Team.
* Supporting sales volume planning with regional Sales-Teams.
* Identifying and implementing process, system, and reporting improvements.
* Prioritizing projects in the relevant areas.
* Playing a key role in yearly product costing and analysis.
* Promoting innovative thinking and change mindset.
* Driving SAP Best Practice, standardizing procedures, and improving efficiency.
* Ensuring timely SOX-controls.
* Travel up to 25-30% as needed.

Education & Training
* Master's or university degree in finance, controlling, or related field.
Experience
* At least 10 years of experience, including 5+ in manufacturing.
* Strategic thinking, independence, and target orientation.
* Teamwork and cross-organizational collaboration skills.
* Strong analytical and IT skills (SAP, BW, SAC, PowerBI, MS Office).
* Excellent communication skills in English and local languages (Dutch, Danish, Swedish, Polish, or German).
* Flexible, organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and results-driven.
* Effective problem-solving and data analysis abilities.
