Our client a successful polystyrene manufacturer and supplier is currently looking for a reliable and skilled 7.5 Tonne Driver to join their team, starting 2nd February until end of June
The successful candidate:
Will be responsible for the safe and efficient delivery of goods to various locations.
Will have strong commitment to customer service and adherence to road safety regulations.
Possess excellent driving skills and a thorough understanding of commercial driving practices.
Working hours: 05:30 15:30 for the 5 day weeks and 08:00 18:00 for the 4 day weeks with weekend work required occasionally.
Duties:
Operate a 7.5 tonne vehicle for the transportation of goods.
Ensure timely delivery of products to designated locations while adhering to scheduled routes.
Maintain accurate delivery records and documentation.
Handle loading and unloading of goods, ensuring proper securing of loads.
Comply with all traffic laws and regulations, maintaining a clean driving record.
Qualifications:
Valid UK driving licence with the appropriate category for 7.5 tonne vehicles, Driver CPC and Digital Tacho Card.
