From time to time, you will need to join us on site or take part in team events to stay connected and collaborate.What you'll doOwn the full tender process from kick-off to submissionCraft compelling, evidence-based responsesOversee pricing with finance colleaguesLead and support our Bid CoordinatorBuild strong content, insight and case-study resourcesDrive innovation and continuous improvement across bidding.What you'll bringTender/Bid experience; ideally in social care or not-for-profitKnowledge of public sector procurementStrong experience in tender or business development roles.Excellent written skills and the ability to translate complex information into a compelling narrative.Confidence juggling multiple priorities and influencing colleagues to meet deadlines.Strong research, analytical and digital skills.Commercial awareness and financial understanding.Why join us?At Avenues Group and Autism Hampshire, your work genuinely matters.
