Community Care Assistant Downpatrick, Northern Ireland Permanent Part Time and Full Time Pay Up to £14.00 per hour Schedules: Weekend only day and evening shifts Monday to Friday Day and evening shifts Mixed Weekdays and weekends Are you passionate about helping others? We prioritise quality care with a minimum of one-hour visit time, allowing our Care Assistants to focus on the overall health and well-being of every client without feeling rushed. To foster lasting relationships, we match Care Assistants with clients based on shared personalities and interests, facilitating the building of rapport. Why Join Our Team? Availability : We offer both part time and full time contracts with a minimum of 12 hours per week up to 40 hours per week. Comprehensive Training : No prior experience in domiciliary care or residential care? No problem! All training will be provided. Competitive Pay : Enjoy competitive pay rates of up to £14.00 per hour. Travel Reimbursement : We offer 30p per mile for travel expenses. Responsibilities: As a Care Assistant, youll play a crucial role in supporting clients in their own homes. Your tasks may include: Personal care Home help Assisting with medication Meal preparation Providing companionship Promoting independence Work as part of a team, effectively communication with the office team as well as other care professionals. Reliable Transport : Access to a reliable form of transport (such as a car) is essential Availability : Commit to a minimum of 12 hours per week Location : Be based in or around Ards area.
