Your day-to-day will include: Delivering classroom and online training sessions to apprentices and learners Supporting and assessing learners to help them successfully achieve their qualifications Inspiring and motivating learners to overcome challenges and reach their full potential Adapting delivery styles and resources to meet different learning needs Keeping training content relevant by staying up to date with industry developments Promoting a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environment The Ideal Candidate To thrive in this role, you will need: A relevant accounting qualification (AAT Level 4 minimum) Strong communication skills – able to connect with people at all levels A genuine passion for helping others succeed Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage your own diary Good IT skills, particularly with Microsoft Office A proactive and professional approach Bonus points if you have prior teaching, training, or apprenticeship experience, but this is not essential – full support will be provided.
