Duties and responsibilities
You will be working as a Breast Imaging Superintendent and will be responsible for :
* Daily HR management, recruitment, and scheduling.
* Daily problem‑solving and decision‑making for optimal service coverage.
* Ensuring compliance with national and local guidelines and governance for staff, equipment, and policies.
* Guaranteeing the highest quality care for service users and proper investigation of any complaints.
About you
* BSc (Hons) in Radiography
* Valid HCPC or equivalent with no restrictions
* SoR accredited Post Graduate Mammography Certificate
* IELTS Level 7, CEFR level C1 if English isn’t your first language.
* Demonstrated senior‑level management experience in a similar role in the UK
* Proven track record of effectively leading and managing teams.
* Previous experience in enhancing services and implementing change.
* Familiarity with performance review and development processes as well as application of Knowledge and Skills Framework (KSF).
