Secondary School Cover Supervisors – Solihull Area Connex Education are looking for confident and enthusiastic Cover Supervisors to work in secondary schools across the Solihull area, including Shirley and Hall Green. These roles are perfect for candidates living in Solihull or nearby areas. We have daily, short-term and long-term supply roles available, giving you the flexibility to choose work that suits your lifestyle. Pay rates available are £85-£130 per day PAYE, dependant on experience Role responsibilities include: Supervising classes and delivering pre-set work. Managing behaviour and supporting a positive learning environment. Ensuring students remain engaged and on task. Requirements: Experience working with young people (education, youth work, coaching, etc.). Good classroom management and communication skills. An enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one).
