The successful Architectural Technologist will bring strong technical proficiency, excellent communication skills, and a sharp eye for detail. A thorough knowledge of current UK building regulations is essential, and experience with Revit is highly desirable.
Skills, Experience and Responsibilities for the Architectural Technologist role:
* A relevant degree or an HNC/HND in Architectural Technology
* Proven post-qualification experience in a UK-based practice
* Ability to produce detailed technical and construction drawings
* Work collaboratively with architects and project teams to develop design solutions
* Ensure all designs comply with current UK building regulations
* Contribute to the design and construction process from initial concept through to completion
* Experience with Revit is essential
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
