Your Day-to-day Role Will Include
1. Handling inbound calls from existing customers.
2. Working towards personal and team targets on a daily and weekly basis.
3. Providing excellent customer service by tailoring conversations to promote our products.
4. Handling customer queries and focusing on providing the best solutions.

* No previous call centre experience needed; full training is provided.
* Experience in phone handling or customer interaction is beneficial.
