This opportunity is designed for sales-experienced candidates from the UK looking to apply proven sales skills in a high-performance, commission-based role while living and working in the U.S. for the summer.
The Role
You’ll work face-to-face with homeowners, running the full sales cycle — presenting solutions, handling objections, and closing deals. This is a results-driven field sales role with uncapped earnings.
Ideal Background
* Previous sales experience (field, telesales, B2C, B2B, recruitment, or account management)
* Competitive, self-motivated, and resilient
* Comfortable with commission-only pay
* Able to commit to April–September in the U.S.
Compensation
* Commission-only
* Typical first season: $40,000+ USD
* Strong performers: $60,000–$80,000 USD
* Top earners: $100,000+ USD
