Description
Manage and maintain the credit control process to ensure timely payments.
Reconcile customer accounts and resolve any discrepancies.
Communicate effectively with clients to address payment queries.
Prepare and issue invoices and statements.
Monitor overdue accounts and implement appropriate collection procedures.
Collaborate with the Accounting & Finance team to improve processes.
Generate reports on outstanding debts and payment statuses.
Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations.Profile
A successful Part Time Credit Controller should have:
Previous experience in a similar credit control or financial role.
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel.
Excellent communication skills for managing client relationships.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
A solid understanding of accounting principles and practices.
