Having relevant work experience as a Project manager (Change Delivery) or similar role Understanding of Project management methodologies – PRINCE2, P3M, processes and project lifecycle, Idea to value framework (Agile methodology) Competent use of project tools e.g. MS Project, Microsoft Office. JIRA Experience in financial analysis & reporting. Experience in project management, from architecture to delivery, of complex build projects Experience of Agile Development Strong organisational skills, including multitasking and time-management Strong coordination and teamwork skills Strong Business change delivery background with ability to understand IT architecture and requirements Willingness to learn and investigate new technologies Familiarity with risk management and quality assurance control Ability to work in collaboration with cross functional departments (e.g Infra, Security etc.) Solution orientated mindset and be pragmatic in execution. Experience managing a team and be a collaborative team member. Hands-on experience with project management tools Ability to prepare and interpret schedules and step-by-step action plans Ability to report to management and stakeholders in a clear and concise manner PMP / PRINCE certification is a plus
