Total of 12% in total of turnover. The venue receives the money for the food and pays the caterer on a weekly basis.The opening hours will be agreed between the venue and the franchisee.Person Criteria:Experience within the catering industryPassionate about food and running their own small business.Be able to provide an excellent variety of menu choices for both adults and children.Excellent customer facing skillsComputer literate/strong admin skillsReliable, flexible with excellent time managementUnderstand stock control and limit wasteResponsibility for additional staff when requiredUnderstand and comply with all Health & Safety legislationStrong understanding of AllergensThe kitchen could be used for external events catered for by the franchisees own existing business or developing business, but the venue will require its percentage of the income derived.The venue provides all the equipment and maintenance of the equipment along with the gas and electricity used.Cleaning the kitchen and equipment, including oven, is the franchisee responsibilityThe venue will contribute 50% to an annual deep cleaning of the kitchen and oven.
