We're looking for an experienced Senior Systems Engineer to join our team near Northampton, where you'll play a key role in delivering high-performance, mission-critical RF systems. This is a hands-on, high-impact position with opportunities to influence the full product lifecycle—from defining system requirements and architecture to performance analysis, integration, and verification.
You'll work across three cutting-edge capability areas:

Secure Tactical Datalinks
*
Spectrum Monitoring Systems
*
Battlespace Technologies (including COMINT, HF DF, C-UAS, and C-RCIED)
You’ll collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams, bringing a systems-thinking mindset and technical leadership to complex engineering challenges.
Key Requirements

Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar role (7+ years preferred)

Proven expertise in systems engineering across the full development lifecycle
*
Hands-on experience in system architecture, requirements capture, and verification
*
Ability to lead and contribute to technical delivery and produce high-quality documentation
*
Degree in engineering or equivalent professional experience
*
Must be a British citizen or eligible for UK Security Clearance (SC)
