Warehouse Operative – Textile Recycling Centre
Location: Randalstown
Contract: Temp to Perm opportunity after 12 weeks
Pay: £12.27 per hour
Hours: Monday to Thursday 8:00am – 5:00pm & Friday 8:00am – 1:00pm
About the Role
We are looking for reliable and hardworking Warehouse Operatives to join our client's team at a busy textile recycling centre. The successful candidate will play a key role in sorting, processing, and preparing recycled textiles for reuse and distribution.
Main Duties
* Sorting and grading textiles according to quality and type
* Loading and unloading goods safely
* Assisting with general warehouse duties, including maintaining a clean and organised workspace
* Following health and safety procedures at all times
* Working as part of a supportive and friendly team
Requirements
* Previous warehouse or recycling experience is an advantage but not essential
* Good attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
* Physically fit and able to carry out manual handling tasks
* Reliable, punctual, and a good team player
