This role requires a thorough and empathetic approach, ensuring those who submit requests receive clear, timely updates throughout the investigation process. You will be expected to manage multiple investigations simultaneously, applying professional judgement, investigative best practices, and ethical standards. High-level problem-solving skills and analytical capability. Strong communication skills (written and verbal), with the ability to produce clear, accessible reports. Skilled at handling multiple priorities in a fast-paced, pressurised setting. Ability to respond constructively to feedback and quality assurance processes. Proficient IT skills and comfort using case management systems. We welcome applications from individuals with a wide range of professional and life experiences. All applications will be treated in the strictest confidence.
