Junior Internal Recruitment Consultant / Candidate Engagement Coordinator for Early Careers - 4 days WFH + 1 day onsite in West London office - 12 month FTC (Maternity Cover) - up to £27,000
G.R.E. Recruitment have an excellent opportunity for a Junior Recruitment Consultant to join one one of the biggest companies in the UK as an Internal Recruiter working on their Early Careers scheme - attracting Graduates and Interns into open roles within the company.
For this role I am looking for someone who has some early careers recruitment experience or at least high volume recruitment experience who can hit the ground running for a busy role working with their graduate and intern candidates.
This role is 4 days WFH and 1 day per week in the office which is based in West London. This role is a FTC for 12months to cover maternity leave.
In this role you'll be acting as the internal recruiter on graduate and intern schemes for the client across Technology & Cyber based graduate/intern roles.
You'll be enhancing the clients graduate and intern portfolio - supporting with attraction, recruitment and delivery of the Early Careers programmes.
You will be working alongside an experienced recruitment team and your responsibilities will include:
Onboarding new intakes
Identification of exceptional talent
Making suggestions to improve the candidate experience as you live and breath it
You'll have multiple activities and deadlines to achieve
You will gain substantial experience and guidance from subject matter experts in early years careers, attending recruitment events, careers fairs, internal welcome events and will be working your way towards becoming a confident Recruitment Business Partner in the future in the Tech and Cyber industry.
Some of your tasks will include:
Ensure SLA timeframes are met when responding to queries in the Early careers mailbox. Plan and run assessment centres and all logistics involved (room bookings, timetable management, pre-event invites and communications). Provide timely and insightful feedback to attendees post assessment centre and manage pipelines efficiently in their bespoke ATS. Candidates are kept engaged throughout the process with our in depth keep warm activity
