Acting as a first point of contact for routine HR queries from managers and employees
Supporting employee relations matters such as absence, performance and basic conduct cases
Assisting with investigations, meetings and note-taking where required
Providing guidance to managers on HR policies and procedures
Supporting wellbeing, absence management and return-to-work processes
Maintaining accurate HR records and supporting people data reporting
Working collaboratively with the wider People & Culture team on projects and initiatives
The HR Advisor Candidate:
CIPD Level 3 qualified (or working towards)
Previous experience in an HR Administration, HR Officer or HR Coordinator role
Some exposure to employee relations processes (full case ownership not essential)
A good understanding of HR policies and employment law fundamentals
Confident, professional and comfortable building relationships with managers
Organised, detail-focused and keen to develop an HR advisory career
Please note: We are unable to offer sponsorship for this post.
