Due to continued growth, they are looking to recruit a Junior Personal Assistant to support our legal teams. The Role This is an excellent opportunity for someone at the early stages of their PA or administrative career who is looking to develop long-term as a Personal Assistant within a professional services environment. You will provide day-to-day administrative and organisational support to fee earners, ensuring the smooth running of the team and assisting with a variety of PA and office-based tasks. Key Responsibilities Providing administrative and PA support to lawyers Diary management and scheduling meetings Preparing and formatting documents and correspondence Managing emails, filing, and document management systems Liaising professionally with clients and internal teams Supporting with general office administration as required About You Some previous administrative experience in a corporate or professional services environment is essential Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail Confident communicator with a professional and discreet approach Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel) A proactive attitude and genuine interest in developing as a PA Important Information This role is not suitable for candidates with a law degree or those seeking a route into qualification as a solicitor.
