Senior Social Care Assessor, Herefordshire We are looking for a Senior Social Care Assessor to help us provide community-based Adult Social Care within Herefordshire. As a Senior Social Care Assessor, you will work as part of a wider team of occupational therapists, partners, social care assessors and social workers with scope to practice with a diverse group of adults and informal carers, undertaking strengths-based assessments, mental capacity assessments, care management, and reviews.
