With a full-stack digital offering spanning research, SEO, paid media, analytics, web development, video production, social media and training, our client is now looking to appoint a Head of Paid Marketing to lead and further develop their paid media function.
The Opportunity
This is a senior leadership role within a growing digital business.
You will take ownership of the Paid Marketing division, leading a team of 3+ Paid Media Executives/Consultants while defining strategy across a varied portfolio of high-profile clients.
The role would suit a commercially minded, data-driven paid media specialist who thrives in a performance-led environment and enjoys both strategic oversight and hands-on optimisation.
Key responsibilities include:
Defining and leading paid media strategy across multiple client accounts
Managing campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads and Microsoft Ads
Overseeing budgets ranging from small to enterprise-level spend
Analysing campaign performance and translating data into actionable insights
Leading, mentoring and developing a growing paid media team
Collaborating with wider digital teams including SEO, analytics and creative

What We're Looking For
Minimum 5 years' experience in Paid Marketing / PPC / Campaign Management
Advanced expertise across:
Google Ads
Meta Ads
LinkedIn Ads
Microsoft Ads
Strong experience managing the full end-to-end campaign lifecycle:
Research and planning
Campaign build
Budget allocation
Optimisation
Reporting and insight generation
Experience leading and developing a team
Strong numerical and analytical capability
Confident communicator with excellent written English
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
Desirable (but not essential):
Experience with Twitter/X, TikTok, Snapchat, Reddit, Indeed and Programmatic platforms (e.g. DV360)
Knowledge of recruitment or talent attraction marketing
