Team Leader - Sedgwick Repair Solutions

The Role:
As a Team Leader within Sedgwick Repair Solutions, you will have responsibility for the day-to-day management of the team. This will include being a focal point for team enquires, identifying and fulfilling training requirements, team morale, absence management and team performance. You will be able to motivate and supervise staff as well as train, develop and appraise them.

It’s an ideal environment for working alongside and interacting with fellow colleagues.

We are looking for:

1. An experienced team leader with experience of working within a customer service office environment

2. You must be organised, diligent and be able to run your own portfolio of claims to high standard – previous claims handling experience is desired but is not essential.

3. You will need to be a leader, able to manage the team but also model the behaviours required to deliver excellence

4. Conscientious and hard working to achieve and exceed the required results, as well as flexible and adaptable during times of surge

5. Excellent communication and negotiation skills

6. Able to cope with fast changing working environment

7. A desire to embrace innovative working practices.
