What You’ll Do As Head Housekeeper, you will lead the housekeeping function, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness, presentation, and efficiency across all guest rooms and public areas. You will be responsible for: Leading, motivating, and developing the housekeeping team to deliver exceptional standards Managing daily operations including room allocation, inspections, and productivity levels Ensuring all bedrooms and public areas are maintained to the highest standard at all times Implementing and maintaining cleaning standards, procedures, and quality checks Managing stock control, ordering, and cost control within departmental budgets Working closely with Reception and Maintenance to ensure seamless guest experiences Ensuring compliance with all health, safety, and hygiene standards Handling guest feedback and resolving any concerns promptly and professionally Supporting recruitment, training, and ongoing development of the housekeeping team What We’re Looking For We’re looking for a strong, hands-on leader who takes pride in delivering exceptional standards and creating a positive, high-performing team environment.
