Wills & Probate Solicitor/Legal Executive – Nottingham Area
Private Client Team
A well‑established and highly regarded law firm is looking to welcome an experienced Wills & Probate Solicitor or Legal Executive into its busy and growing Private Client team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a private client professional who enjoys high‑quality work, strong client relationships and being part of a supportive, forward‑thinking practice with genuine long‑term career prospects.
The Role:
You will play a key role within the Wills and Probate department, providing expert advice and support to clients across a range of private client matters. You will manage your own caseload while working closely with colleagues in a collaborative and well‑resourced environment.
The role will include:
* Probate and estate administration
* Preparing Wills
* Drafting and advising on Lasting Powers of Attorney
* Delivering clear, empathetic and professional client care throughout
* Experience in trusts and/or Court of Protection work would be an advantage, although this is not essential.
About You:
You will be:
* A Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive specialising in Wills and Probate
* Experienced in probate and estate administration
* Confident in drafting Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney
* An excellent communicator with a strong client‑focused approach
* Well organised and comfortable managing a varied caseload independently
