Residential Children’s Worker – Alton, Hampshire

About the Role:

We are currently recruiting passionate Residential Children’s Workers to join our friendly and committed team in Alton, Hampshire. This meaningful role gives you the opportunity to positively impact the lives of children and young people by offering consistent care, emotional support, and guidance as they build resilience and essential life skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver day-to-day care, encouragement, and emotional support to young residents
Help create and maintain a safe, structured, and nurturing environment
Support the development of independence and life skills
Work alongside a team of professionals to provide high-quality, person-centred care

What We’re Looking For:
Previous experience working with children or young people in residential care,
or a minimum of 6 months of UK experience supporting individuals with learning disabilities, mental health needs, or complex behaviours
A compassionate, calm, and proactive approach to care
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and sleep-ins
A Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (preferred but not essential)
