We’re looking for a reliable and hardworking Process Operative to join our team at the Chester depot. Key Responsibilities: • Accurately sort, scan, and process parcels within the warehouse. • Load and unload vehicles safely and efficiently. • Ensure all items are handled with care and moved to the correct locations. • Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment. • Work as part of a fast-paced team to meet daily targets and deadlines. • Follow all company health and safety policies and procedures. • Support with any other warehouse or operational tasks as required. Qualifications and Skills: • Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred but not essential – full training provided. • Attention to Detail: Accuracy when scanning and sorting parcels is key. • Fitness: Must be comfortable with manual handling and physical work. • Flexibility: Willingness to adapt to changing workloads and shift priorities. • Teamwork: Ability to work effectively with colleagues to achieve operational goals. • Communication: Clear and confident communication skills.
