We are seeking a Talent AcquisitionSpecialist to join our team providing critical partnering to keystakeholders through significant headcount growth and talentacquisition activities. In this role you will demonstrate talent andHR best practices by increasing our bench strength, improvingcandidate experiences and delivering standardised talent acquisitionpractices across the Group. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will bedata-driven and methodical in their approach, able to converse withstakeholders at all levels within the organisation. The individualwill have a passion for delivering positive candidate journeys andrecruitment processes.
Key Responsibilities:
* Input into and deliver against the internal talentacquisition strategy and initiatives to achieve business growthobjectives.
* Deliver internal hiring process, ensuring aconsistent experience across the group and a positive candidateexperience, while ensuring we hire within budget and on time.
* Partner with hiring managers to understand their recruitmentneeds and develop role descriptions and job adverts. You’ll provideguidance and support to managers on best practices and market trends.
* Attract, identify and source appropriate talent for currentroles, while reducing the time to hire within agreed KPIs.
* Manage the recruitment process life-cycle, including initialassessments, interviews, maintaining candidate contact throughout thehiring process and partnering with the HR Advisor on offers.
* Champion Diversity and Inclusion initiatives withinrecruitment and HR processes, ensuring compliance with employment anddata legislation.
* Identify future talent needs andproactively recruit, source and develop a talent pool
* Provideinternal hiring metrics for the monthly board pack.
* Contribute to the development of the Groups employer brand,in doing so, collaborate with the Content and Creative executive tocreate engaging content.
Skills andExperience:
* Experience of in-house Talent Acquisition isessential
* Proven experience of adapting to change to meet theCompany’s hiring needs.
* Experience of writing advertisementsto support sourcing and candidate attraction.
* Ability to workunder pressure and to tight deadlines.
* Strong customerservice and problem-solving skills.
* An ability to maintainconfidentiality, operate with discretion and diplomacy.
* Proven recruitment experience, preferably in the Technologysector
* Our employee base is split across multiple sites, sosome travel between between sites should be expected.
