We are delighted to be seeking an experienced and highly motivated Showroom Director.
The Showroom Director will have a passion for delivering an exceptional client experience whilst achieving business objectives through developing new opportunities and relationships. A true inspirational leader they will be able to build an excellent team who are passionate.

Key Accountabilities:
The Art of Hosting:
1. Elevate in-store experience by consistently delivering memorable moments.
2. Lead, model, and coach based on client feedback and elevate the client experience.
3. Coaching the team on the client journey and ensuring client experience expectations are being always delivered.
4. Optimize hospitality to create unique and memorable experiences.
5. Take action on performance and client feedback to improve the client journey.
Commercial Excellence:
6. Develop strong relationships with clients to drive client loyalty.
7. Manage and motivate the team
8. Drive client development activities among individual team members to nurture new and existing clients.
9. Demonstrate sales leadership by playing an active role on the sales floor and managing client relationships personally.
Operational Excellence:
10. Ensure exceptional operational support to drive sales and service.
11. Manage an efficient back of house and ensure consistency with established operational procedures.
12. Identify and execute efficiencies and best practices.
13. Ensure compliance with all Watches of Switzerland procedures.
People Excellence:
14. Hire and develop talent to ensure a world class team and create a best-in-class service.
15. Partnering with your line managers to develop and execute development plans for each employee.
16. Continuously train, coach, and provide qualitative feedback, using reward and recognition as well as performance management process to improve team engagement and performance.
17. Network and recruit to build a pipeline of diverse, multi-lingual, highly skilled talent.
About You
18. Significant experience in a Senior Retail Management role – ideally within a premium/luxury brand
19. Experience in managing and developing a high performing team.
20. Passionate about retail and delivering an exceptional client experience.
21. Experience of demonstrating successful business growth
22. Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.
23. Commercially focussed.
24. Experience of working with a CRM system
