The Opportunity
We’re partnering with a growing international organisation to hire a Learning & Development Manager who can bring structure, consistency and high standards to how teams operate globally. This is not a traditional training role its about embedding best practice, ensuring teams perform at a high level while driving operational consistency across multiple locations.
The Role:
You’ll take ownership of both training strategy and operational standards, helping the business scale effectively.
Key responsibilities:
* Designing and delivering structured, high-impact training programmes (onboarding, compliance, leadership & development) Identifying training needs through performance data, audits and stakeholder feedback
* Managing and evolving training materials and delivery methods
* Maintaining robust training records, reporting and tracking
* Developing internal manuals, procedures and operating frameworks
* Supporting audits and quality reviews
* Producing clear reporting for senior leadership
Driving a culture of quality, consistency and continuous improvement
What They’re Looking for:
* 7+ years’ experience across L&D, training or operational compliance
* Proven track record of delivering structured programmes with measurable impact
* Experience in detail-driven, high standards environments
* Strong organisational skills across international teams
* Confident stakeholder engagement at all levels
Comfortable working remotely and autonomously
