Where first impressions truly matter
We’re looking for a Concierge to join our team at Bayards Court in Dartmouth. You’ll be the first point of contact for residents, families and visitors, providing a calm, professional service and making sure every interaction feels effortless.
From greeting guests and answering queries to supporting move-ins and coordinating day-to-day requests, you’ll help create a welcoming environment that reflects Vivant’s quality and care.
Your role
* Welcome residents and visitors with warmth and professionalism
* Act as a key contact for queries, requests and daily support
* Assist with move-ins, appointments and everyday admin
* Respond to concerns with care and confidence
* Preparation and serving of beverages and snacks to the highest standard
* Support events and marketing through professional engagement
* Maintain accurate records and uphold safeguarding standards
* Contribute to team recruitment and development
* Transporation of residents to external appointments, therefore full driving license needed
Your skills
* Experience in customer service or similar support roles
* Ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
* Basic understanding of Health & Safety legislation
* Clear communicator with a helpful, inclusive approach
* Full UK Driving License
