What You’ll Be Doing: Managing and updating sales orders using spreadsheets and a bespoke trading system. Communicating with customers and hauliers to ensure efficient logistics. Handling daily stock and regular stock control checks. Providing general administrative support and assisting with ad-hoc tasks. What We’re Looking For: Previous experience in office administration and logistics. Excellent communication skills and a professional telephone manner. Highly organized, able to prioritize and work under pressure. Computer literate (training provided for bespoke system). Positive, proactive, and a great team player.
