We are seeking a dynamic and creative individual to join our team as a Social Media Coordinator for Scrub Daddy UK & Europe. The ideal candidate will be passionate about social media, possess excellent communication skills, and have a keen eye for detail. As a Social Media Coordinator, you will manage and grow our presence across various social media platforms, engage with our audience, and drive brand awareness and customer loyalty. While also assisting in developing content marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and customer loyalty. By crafting blog posts, articles, and multimedia content, you will contribute to our overall marketing objectives and enhance our online presence.
The position will report directly to the Digital Media Manager.
Your Role:
Social Media
* Develop and execute social media strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
* Create and curate engaging content for all social media channels, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and TikTok.
* Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries across social media platforms promptly and professionally.
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency and alignment with marketing initiatives.
* Track and analyse social media performance metrics to measure campaigns' effectiveness and identify improvement areas.
* Stay up to date with best practices and emerging trends in social media marketing and implement new strategies as needed.
* Assist with influencer partnerships, including outreach, relationship management, and campaign coordination.
* Support the planning and execution of social media advertising campaigns to reach target audiences and drive conversions.

* Monitor competitor activity and industry trends to inform social media strategies and tactics.
Content Marketing
* Write compelling blog posts and articles on relevant topics to attract and engage our audience.
* Assist in creating email marketing campaigns, including content creation, segmentation, and scheduling.
* Monitor social media trends and industry news to identify opportunities for content creation and audience engagement.
* Write and edit copy for various marketing materials, including website content, product descriptions, and promotional materials.
Requirements:
* A bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field is preferred.
* Previous experience with social media management and content creation is a plus.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Proficiency in using social media management tools and analytics platforms.
* Creative thinking and a passion for creating engaging social media content.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
* Excellent time management and organizational skills.
* Knowledge of Photoshop or other design software is desirable but not required.
