Pay Rate: £13.97 per hour
Barker Ross is currently recruiting Injection Moulding Machine Operators with assembly and quality control responsibilities for our client based in Spinney Hill. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with experience in injection moulding and production environments who are looking for a long-term position with the potential to become permanent.
Shift Pattern (Rotating - Compulsory)
Week 1 - AM Shift
Monday to Thursday: 06:00 - 14:00
Friday: 06:00 - 13:00
Week 2 - PM Shift
Monday to Thursday: 14:00 - 22:00
Friday: 13:00 - 20:00

The Role
You will be working in a fast-paced production environment operating injection moulding machines, carrying out assembly tasks, and checking products for quality and accuracy. After training, you will work independently while maintaining high production and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
Operate injection moulding machines safely and efficiently
Perform assembly tasks according to detailed instructions
Inspect parts coming off the machine for defects or faults
Monitor and report any quality issues or discrepancies
Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
Follow company health and safety procedures
Requirements
Previous experience operating injection moulding machines
Experience within a manufacturing or production environment
Quality control or inspection experience is advantageous
Good attention to detail
Good eyesight for detailed inspection work
Ability to follow instructions carefully
Reliable, motivated and able to work independently
