Duties
* Prepare and serve beverages, including alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, in accordance with standard recipes.
* Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils.
* Supervise junior staff members, providing guidance and support to ensure smooth operations.
* Manage team dynamics effectively, fostering a collaborative work environment.
* Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain high hygiene standards throughout the bar.
* Engage with customers, taking orders and providing recommendations to enhance their experience.
* Handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly.
Skills
* Previous experience in a restaurant or bar setting is essential, with culinary experience being highly advantageous.
* Strong knowledge of food safety practices and food production techniques.
* Excellent leadership skills with prior supervising experience preferred.
* Ability to work effectively as part of a team while also demonstrating initiative when required.
* Exceptional communication skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanour towards guests and colleagues alike.
* Experience as a barista or in hotel environments is beneficial but not mandatory.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: £12.21-£20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 45 per week
