* Manage your own caseload of litigated EL/PL claims
* Advise on liability, quantum & develop case strategy
* Draft court documents, review expert evidence & handle disclosure
* Work with major insurers & corporates in high-profile sectors
You’ll Need:
* Experience handling EL/PL or Catastrophic Injury litigated files (claimant or defendant)
* Small claims litigation experience also welcomed
* Solid drafting & case management skills
