Job Description: Job Title: Bookkeeper for Growing 3PL & Ecommerce Company Location: Bristol, BS3 2TN Job Type: Full Time Reports To: Directors Job Summary The Bookkeeper will be responsible for managing day-to-day financial transactions, ensuring the accuracy of financial records, and supporting both the eCommerce and 3PL sides of the business. This role involves inventory accounting, reconciliation across multiple platforms (e.g., Magento, Amazon, 3PL software), and handling accounts payable/receivable. Key Responsibilities Maintain accurate books on accounts payable and receivable, payroll, daily financial entries, and reconciliations Record day-to-day financial transactions and complete the posting process Reconcile bank and credit card statements Track and report on eCommerce sales, returns, and platform fees (Magento, Amazon, etc.) Invoicing 3PL Clients and monitoring credit control Monitor client billing and receivables for 3PL services Assist in the monthly and year-end close processes Collaborate with operations and warehouse teams to reconcile inventory.
