Customer Service Manager
This role offers the opportunity to lead a team and make a positive impact on customers.
The job involves coaching and supervising colleagues, delivering great customer service, and performing a range of tasks around the store. This includes re-stocking shelves, managing stock accuracy, and ensuring the store remains safe and fully operational.
To be successful in this role, you'll need excellent communication skills, the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues, and a desire to learn and grow as a leader.
