We are supporting the appointment of a Digital Engineering Project Lead for a large-scale, technically complex new-build development with an MEP value of circa £80m, delivered as part of a national public-sector programme. This is a senior, project-facing role with significant responsibility for digital delivery, coordination and information management. The Role Reporting to the Regional Technical Director, you will lead all Digital Engineering, BIM and coordination activities, ensuring structured digital processes, technical compliance and high-quality project outcomes from design through to handover.
