Deputy Manager – Children's Residential Home
Location: Blackpool
Salary: £28,000 - £30,000 per annum + additional sleep-in pay per shift
About the Role
Excellent opportunity for a qualified and experienced Senior or Deputy Manager to join our children's home in Blackpool.
As Deputy Manager, you will:
* Work closely with the Registered Manager to develop your skills and leadership abilities.
* Be part of our future leaders programme, gaining Level 5 qualifications and confidence to step up when needed.
* Play a key role in ensuring our team thrives — because when our staff flourish, so do the children in our care.
Requirements
* NVQ Level 3 (Children's Residential Workforce) or above
* Experience in children's residential care.
* Full UK driving licence.
* Ability to work flexibly, including shifts and sleep-ins.
