* Satisfactory enhanced DBS Check and check against the DBS First List where applicable
Main Responsibilities
* Assist service users with personal hygiene, dressing, continence, and pressure relief following personalized care plans
* Help with meals and drinks according to nutritional needs
* Support activities and outings with the activity and lifestyle support team
* Report on residents' well-being and maintain records
* Maintain a clean and safe environment
* Assist in record-keeping and tidying rooms
* Assist in collecting specimens and samples
* Act as chaperone for medical and professional staff
* Deliver individual care programs promoting independence and dignity
* Communicate effectively with residents
* Report complaints promptly
