About the role:
As a Claims & Admin Assistant within our team, you’ll play a key role in the success of an expanding local business, ensuring the office runs like clockwork and our customers are always happy. Providing exceptional customer service, you will manage claims from initial notification through to resolution. You will assist with day-to-day account handling while also providing essential administrative support to ensure smooth operations within the office. You’ll relish the challenge of being part of a truly customer-focused, ambitious team. In return, you can expect full training in a friendly and supportive environment.
About you:
• A real people person with drive, energy and enthusiasm.
• Strong interpersonal skills, communication skills, & relationship building abilities.
• Pro-active and the ability to work independently
• Experience of and an understanding of the insurance/financial services sector preferable, but not essential.
• Excellent organisational and problem solving skills.
• Strong IT literacy skills.
Qualifications required:
• Minimum – Maths and English GCSE (or equivalent) at Grade C or above
• Desired – A levels &/or degree (or equivalent)
